Flat Roof with ponding issues which causes leaks to form. We cut out a section of the roof to create a ramp that prevents water from ponding. Previous roof repairs had ironically resulted in the edge of the roof being raised with underlying flashing creating the damn effect. This new ramp quickly drains the water of the roof. |
